What is the size of the cookie cutter?
CookieCuttingKingdom cookie cutter sizes are as follows:
- Mini (2 inches)
- Standard (3 inches)
- Large (4 inches)
These measurements are of the height of the cookie cutter. The width will vary as it matches the height proportionally and the specific cookie cutter design. The depth of the cookie cutter is half an inch. It will cut the standard 3/8 inch thick cookie dough perfectly! If you need an exact size of a cookie cutter, email us support@cookiecutterkdom.com
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders will take 2 to 4 days to process. For larger orders of 20+ cookie cutters, it may take longer to process.
Domestic standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days while priority shipping is 1 to 3 business days.
Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following week.
Custom cookie cutter orders may take up to 5 business days to process depending on quantity ordered.
For international orders, generally the shipping timeframe is:
- Canada - 1 to 2 weeks
- UK - 1 to 2 weeks
- European Countries (France, Germany) - 2 to 4 weeks
- Australia - 2 to 5 weeks
- South America - 2 to 4 weeks

Can you create custom cutter designs?
Yes, we create custom cutters! Check out our cool create your own cookie cutter tool here. For questions and wholesale inquiries, please contact us at support@cookiecutterkdom.com with the title "Custom Cookie Cutter."
What is your refund and return policy?
Our cutters are custom made and we never hold inventory so we don't accept refunds at this time. However, if your cutter was damaged in the mail or was an incorrect size, please contact us with a picture of the issue. We'll send you a replacement cutter free of charge and you get to keep the original cutter! No returns necessary!
How do I care for my cookie cutter?
Hand wash! Do not heat! Store in cool dry place :)
